From the AHAP Blog: Joint Commission launches library of best practices
November 16, 2010
The Joint Commission has launched the much-discussed “Leading Practice Library,” in which accredited hospitals and other organizations can look at solutions crafted by other accredited organizations. These practices, detailed on the Web site, were selected for inclusion by experts from The Joint Commission itself.
Highlighted topics include suicide risk, anesthesia orders, and caregiver education. The library is available through The Joint Commission’s extranet service.
