From the AHAP Blog: Joint Commission releases new "Speak Up" campaign addition

For those of you following The Joint Commission’s ongoing “Speak Up” campaign for patient education, the accrediting body has released a new video (and transcript) in the series. This latest video, “Know Your Rights,” helps patients understand their rights while receiving care at a hospital and offers tips on how to advocate for yourself.
