Impact Wellbeing initiative targets rising burnout and harassment in healthcare
According to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), healthcare workers are increasingly reporting workplace harassment, burnout, and poor mental health. Recently, NIOSH teamed with Total Worker Health Centers and advocates in the industry to create Impact Wellbeing in order to “provide employers of health workers with resources to modify working conditions and improve worker mental health, thereby supporting the nation’s health system.
