The updated toolkit provides a comprehensive survey readiness guide to meet the requirements of CMS, TJC, and other regulatory agencies. Updates also include valuable checklists based on the 2023 TJC hospital accreditation manual. Please note that while these tools are based on the most current requirements, close monitoring of changes is part of survey readiness.
