This tool can be used by the accreditation coordinator to identify areas and by the chief nurse executive, the hospital administrator, or other senior leaders to quiz directors and managers on their knowledge of Joint Commission basics. Directors and managers can use the tool to quiz staff....

Target audience: Organizational leaders, to include senior leaders, the Board of Directors, the medical staff, and department directors/managers.
